The reason for this retrieval request is because a dispute has been initiated by Menu ADJ only for the purpose of needing a retrieval request. This code is assigned to FTPS only and is used only for internal use and not for network use in any way. This is a Visa FTPS retrieval request reason code that you will very likely never come across in the process of dealing with charge backs and retrieval requests, but it is still worth having an understanding of its meaning just in case you ever do.
